EVENTS held in the Venue that are classified as a Class or Workshop are considered an hourly charged as described below.

Events MUST be Held on a weekday, or a Sunday starting at 2pm. Events MUST not exceed 30 people in the courtyard space.

Included with your rental are tables and chairs (no set up tear down) as well as a product page for your listing on our website that people can purchase tickets to book your class. We have found this to be very helpful to ensure people show for the class when they have purchased first- we have seen a higher turn out rate in doing so. You may use this listing to help promote your class or worshop in all of your social media. We will also promote your Class on our Facebook page as an “event” to be shared with all of our followers as well. We will also email your Class sign-up to over 500 emails.

The Courtyard Space can host event tents up to 20′ x 40′ We have a 20′ x 20′ Tent, as well as Sun Umbrellas, and Heaters that can be rented seperately.

There is plenty of room for outdoor dining, and or ceremony space.
We have string lights set up for ambiance and a beautiful Koi Pond.
There are 2 seperate areas in the back that offer space for catering, extra dining, lounge/game area, firepits, entertainment stage and waterfall. There is a fence that open to the back ally way that allows for a trailored BBQ or food truck to be easily pulled in.

Class Rental Agreement

  • The Gala guarantees that all spaces rented out for a class including kitchen equipment is without defect. However, the Client accepts all responsibility for damage to or injury caused by use of the equipment. There may be Set-up/tear-down costs an addition to the rental fee if item is not returned to its original location. A Check written for the amount of $200 will be made to the Gala Nipomo as a deposit and will be returned upon Class ending, provided that everything is returned acceptable. The Client will be charged if any of the equipment is returned damaged or excessively dirty, as determined by Venue staff. The Client will be charged the full cost of any item that is lost or not returned. The charges will be paid in full (5) days prior to the event. If a cancellation occurs, the Client will be charged 50% of the rental. In witness to their agreement to the terms of this contract, the client checks and signs above
