You MUST complete the Rental Agreement form below & Place your deposit before your booking will be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: We REQUIRE a professional Planner/Coordinator for all Weddings and Events that have over 20 attendees. We have an on-site coordinator that has reasonable packages to choose from. This ensures your day runs smoothly and vendors are all handled accordingly. You will need to provide this information 30 days before

*5 Total hours of use INCLUDE set-up and tear-down of your event

*Includes 2 onsite meetings with your planner/coordinator after booking (must be scheduled)

*Includes 2 hour rehearsal -will need to be scheduled and cannot be guaranteed for the night before due to other events scheduled.
