This is considered the “DEPOSIT” for your Event please note there is a separate Refundable Damage Deposit noted in your rental agreement.

Hourly rates are available for different types of Events.
You MUST complete the Rental Agreement form below & Place your deposit before your booking will be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: We REQUIRE a professional Planner/Coordinator for all Weddings and Events that have over 20 attendees. We have an on-site coordinator that has reasonable packages to choose from. This ensures your day runs smoothly and vendors are all handled accordingly. You will need to provide this information 30 days before your event is scheduled.
Front Room can be used for seating/lounge/or display space -ie: Cake table/guest check-in
Center Gala is utilized for seating for dining/ceremony space
Back Bar Lounge is used for Bar and lounge seating
Kitchen includes use of Fridge/Stove/3 compartment sink for dishwashing
Bar Space includes 10′ bar space
Wheelchair accessible 1 stall restroom
Rented solely as the gala building without including extra spaces
Capacity Details: Front entry room is 400sq ft can be used as extra seating for capacity of 20, or a display space. Middle section of building is 960sqft capacity is 80-100 at table/seated dinner; 150 lecture style; 160-200 standing reception. Back section of building is 640 sqft features a 10’ Bar, kitchenette with sink, fridge and oven.
The Courtyard Space can host event tents up to 20′ x 40′ We have a 20′ x 20′ Tent that can be rented as well as Sun Umbrellas. There is plenty of room for outdoor dining, and or ceremony space.
We have string lights set up for ambiance and a beautiful Koi Pond, if its chilli we do have heaters for rent as well.
There are 2 seperate areas in the back that offer space for catering, extra dining, lounge/game area, firepits, entertainment stage and waterfall. There is a fence that open to the back ally way that allows for a trailored BBQ or food truck to be easily pulled in.

*Includes 2 onsite meetings with your planner/coordinator after booking (must be scheduled)
*Includes 2 hour rehearsal -will need to be scheduled and cannot be guaranteed for the night before due to other events scheduled.
