This is considered the “DEPOSIT” for your Event please note there is a sepereate Refundable Damage Deposit noted in your rental agreement.
EVENTS in the Venue that are classified as a private closed event qualify for an hourly charged as described below. Private Closed Events MUST be Held on a weekday, or a Sunday starting at 2pm.

You MUST complete the Rental Agreement form below & Place your deposit before your booking will be accepted.
The Gala Building: Whether you are imagining this space for a reception area or a ceremony space, it will be the background to an amazing event!
The front room is a perfect space for display for your event, guest signing area, cake display, photography display or lounge space. This is the first room your guests will enter, and we want it to feel welcoming and beautiful for your event.
The Center Space of the Gala Building is a long room – perfect for setting up dining tables or rows of chairs for a ceremony. Featuring chandeliers and draping fabric in the rafters along with string lighting already set up. There is a one stall wheelchair accessible restroom in the back space.
Add on the Kitchen/Bar for $500 (button found below) The back room is a perfect lounge area, or place to have a buffet line for food. There is a 10′ Bar to utilize for serving. Also included is a kitchen prep area with a three-compartment sink for dish washing, fridge, and electric stove.
The Courtyard Space: can host event tents up to 20′ x 40′ We have a 20′ x 20′ Tent that can be rented as well as Sun Umbrellas.
There is plenty of room for outdoor dining, and or ceremony space.
We have string lights set up for ambiance and a beautiful Koi Pond, if its chili we do have heaters for rent as well.
There are 2 seperate areas in the back that offer space for catering, extra dining, lounge/game area, firepits, entertainment stage and waterfall. There is a fence that open to the back ally way that allows for a trailored BBQ or food truck to be easily pulled in.
